Pumpkin Season Has Arrived!

Local residents are making their way to  the pumpkin patch at Vista Ranch and Cellars after the gates opened on Oct. 1.  The patch is renowned for its selection of colorful gourds that are grown on site, as well as a number of fall-themed attractions.

Vista farmers focus their efforts on  eco-friendly and natural growing methods, allowing residents to put the produce to good use following their spooky  display. Pumpkin varieties include heirlooms, standard carving pumpkins, gourds, squash and more.  In addition to pumpkins, Vista Ranch and Cellars is also selling corn stalk bundles, wheat bundles, native corn, pomegranates and apples.

Visitors can also enjoy live music, as well as fresh brick-fired pizza, a corn maze, wine tasting, colorful fall flower gardens, an adventure basin,  and more.

Vista Ranch and Cellars is located at  7326 East Highway 140, and it’s open seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pizza is served 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with live music from noon to 3 p.m. Go online to vistaranch.com or call (209) 722-8200.
