High School Graduates Receive Their Diplomas

Thousands of local high school seniors who make up the Class of 2020 received their diplomas during a series of “drive-thru graduation” ceremonies at the six main campuses in the Merced Union High School District, along with related education sites.

Seniors and their families arrived to diploma presentation areas in decorated cars. Each senior was allowed to exit, walk across a stage, and receive his or her diploma from the site principal. Photographs were also taken at this time.
