Merced Garden Club’s Annual Spring Garden Tour, “Flower Power,” will be on April 17, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There will be artists, musicians and vendors. Tour 5 lovely gardens and enjoy the numerous and varied sights. In this garden, the homeowners craftsmanship is displayed throughout. Numerous stained glass fairies in wine barrel rings grace the fence.

A huge assortment of hanging pots filled with various succulents abound.

Merced Garden Club, Inc. has been in existence since 1930. The spring tour raises funds for the club’s scholarship program at Merced, Golden Valley and El Capitan High Schools. There is also a scholarship offered at Merced Community College.
