The West Side Theatre in Newman has announced its March & April events. The venue is a beautifully restored 1940s movie house that now serves as a non-profit arts center.
MARCH 4, 8 p.m. — BEER DRINKERS AND HELL RAISERS — The Ultimate ZZ Top Tribute.
Making their debut at the West Side Theatre we are excited to have them join our roster of tribute bands. They cover the world-renowned music of ZZ Top, Beer Drinkers & Hell Raisers will have you Rock’n and Roll’n the entire show. With their amazing guitar licks, time tempered beats and spectacular vocal renditions of an all-American legend.

The new assemblage of these San Francisco Bay Area top musicians, have rebranded as Carnaval having spent decades honing their craft to bring you the legendary sounds of Santana. You’ll hear all the hits from those early years through the new favorites of today. All of it played with the same instrumentation, soul and passion.

APRIL 1, 8 p.m. — HOUSE OF FLOYD — Pink Floyd Tribute & Light Show
This band is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Dark Side Of The Moon. They will be making their 11th appearance at the West Side Theatre and the band always brings down the house with their spot on vocals, spot on musicianship, and spectacular laser light show. House of Floyd is the Bay Area’s immersive Pink Floyd tribute band. Rather than simply replicating the iconic band’s recorded songs, House of Floyd focuses on the adventurous live arrangements and sonic explorations of their namesake.
