Deanna Lynn Schmitz is the featured artist this month at the Arbor Gallery.

Deanna Lynn Schmitz is one of three former gallery members who have recently returned to Arbor Gallery.
She originally joined in 2004 and left in 2015.
Her work is currently being displayed as Artist of the Month inside Arbor Gallery, and also upstairs in the Really BIG Show exhibition.
“I love nature and color,” Schmitz says. “My inspirations are bright bold flowers, life drawing, and plein air landscapes. I work mostly from my home studio and outdoors. I am happy to display my art at the Arbor Gallery.”
Schmitz received an AA in Visual Arts at Merced College and continues to take art workshops and classes.
Arbor Gallery is a co-op gallery collaboration by a group of local artists to display their work. They have been in existence for 40 years and will be celebrating their 40th anniversary with a gala on March 25. Mark the date and watch for more information.
The gallery is open Wednesdays through Fridays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are serving hot cider and sweets to all weekend shoppers until Christmas.
