Realtors celebrate ‘Oktoberfest’ for a good cause

The Merced County Association of Realtors Charitable Foundation held its 2019 fundraising event last Friday, Oct. 11, at the Hunter Farms Pumpkin Patch in Atwater.

It was a perfect location on a perfect fall night for Realtors and their supporters. Guests were treated to sausage tasting, craft beer and wine and auction item opportunities.

The event brought in significant funding for the Boys & Girls Club of Merced County, the Merced County Food Bank, the Merced County Rescue Mission and the local Salvation Army.

Oktoberfest and the Realtors mission was supported by many generous local community members, including Cindy Vierra and Joe Stefani of American Financial Network, Inc.; Rick Osorio of the Merced Rotary Club; Berliner-Cohen; Allen Sietsema of ReMax Excellence; Robert Dylina of Envoy Mortgage; Mechanics Bank; Buffy McDaniel and Babette Pareira of Land Home Financial; Roberta Flanagan Realtor; Cardinal Financial; Mid-Valley IT; Atwater Mayor Paul Creighton; Le Guardia Security; London Properties, Stonefield Homes; Eric Hamm; Anna Newkirk of Century 21 M&M; and Ranjeet Singh of Property Team.
