Nominate your favorite community volunteer
The Merced County Board of Supervisors appreciates the hard work and efforts of the many volunteers in Merced County.
In recognition of their work, the Board of Supervisors is accepting nominations for exemplary volunteers within our community. Volunteers are an essential part of the community.
The Board encourages members of the community to nominate groups or individuals in Merced County who exemplify the volunteer spirit and have made outstanding contributions throughout the year. The awards are based on service given above and beyond the job asked of them, enhanced the quality of the community program, and service rendered for longevity.
The volunteers selected by the 2022 Advisory committee will be recognized at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, April 26, as part of National Volunteer Week.
If you are interested in nominating someone in the community, please fill out a form that can found online at: www.countyofmerced.com/volunteer.
All nomination forms must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, April 1, in order to be considered.
