Merced firm on list of ‘Greatest Companies To Work For’
Image Masters among top in promotional marketing
Each year Promotional Products Business magazine surveys their readership to find the very best places to work in the industry.
This year, Image Masters was selected as one of 52 of the “Greatest Companies To Work For.”
The company, based in Merced, was founded in 1994 and has grown to 23 employees with an annual payroll of over $1 million. Image Masters provides branded promotional merchandise used by businesses to attract new business; solidify relationships with current clients; reward, recognize and motivate employees; build team unity; and achieve other organizational objectives. The company has a 7,500 square foot facility at the Merced airport that houses their screen print and embroidery production facility.
At $5 million in annual sales the company is among the Top 10 promotional marketing firms in California, serving clients across the state and nation. The firm earned the Greatest Company to Work For distinction based on the surveys completed by the company’s employees.
Image Masters provides health, dental and vision plans, as well as a 401k retirement plan with company matching funds; paid time off; flexible work schedules with some remote work opportunities; an annual Summer Fun trip for employees and family members; birthday and work anniversary celebrations for team members and monthly staff lunches (now that COVID has abated some).
“We have an incredible team and some very long-tenured employees, and we were all excited to receive this honor from the industry that we all love,” said Tim O’Neill, CEO and founder of Image Masters.
General Manager Chris O’Neill noted: “Our approach is to find the right people, train them properly, give them the tools that they need to do their job, and then get the heck out of their way. Everyone here takes ownership of their part of what needs to be done to deliver for our customers, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.”
The honor was announced in the July 2021 issue of Promotional Products Business (PPB) magazine.
