Voter interest in the upcoming General Election in November is ramping up as many of the local races took shape this week with candidates emerging before the filing deadlines. While some candidates could be added as late as Wednesday of this week due to the status of incumbents, the Times has put together a list of names locked in for top competitive races in the area.
