The sidewalks of Main Street were lined with thousands of people of all ages who came out to celebrate this year’s Holiday Hit Parade in Downtown Merced.
Mercedians were treated to an amazing parade that featured a first-look at the all-new Kiddieland Train, as well as local marching bands, dance performances, and creative floats from community organizations, just to name a few attractions.
The event was supported by Dignity Health / Mercy Medical Center, and the Grand Marshal was Mercy’s president, Dale Johns. The Downtown Merchants Association and the Downtown Partnership played a huge role in the organization of the event.
