If you are looking for something new and exciting at this year’s Merced County Fair, check out the Free Concert Series running each night of the fair, from June 10 to June 14.
The live performances are included with paid admission to the fair. Tickets to the fair are $10 in advance at the fair website, $15 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free.
Each night will feature not one, but TWO bands, and the selections were made to keep the Main Stage buzzing with easy-listening fun and excitement, according to John Allgaier, the fair’s CEO.
Allgaier says the fair staff is taking out a section of the old bleacher seating to create more of a music festival atmosphere and a park-like setting in the Main Stage area. This is to open up the performances to the entire fair, while still maintaining a seating area, along with some hay bails too for lounging around.
It’s going to make for an all new concert experience at the County Fair, and hopefully bring more people together to celebrate the good times!
Each night, the shows start with the first artist at 7 p.m., and the headliner starts at 8:30 p.m.
Here’s the lineup:
